We are looking for an employee who will fulfill an executive role in the field of Quality Assurance and Durability Testing of our generators. In our modern and clean production environment you ensure that our generators meet the latest quality standards and go to our customers in perfect condition. In this position you work independently according to the production planning in which you are responsible for the testing department. Based on the results of the tests you give feedback to your colleagues in product development and where possible you contribute ideas for improvement. You are part of the technical heart of the company.
In this role you are responsible for:
- Checking the quality of the generators. We do this using multiple checklists. You can also think along about improvements.
- Extensive testing of each generator in a modern computer controlled test cabin. Installing/dismantling the generator in the test cabin and independently running the test protocol.
- Maintaining and archiving test reports and monitoring/analyzing the results.
- Where necessary, you may provide support to our service department and assist them with advice and assistance.
Job requirements:To be successful in this position you must have the following:
- MBO mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent, or gained through experience
- Affinity/experience with diesel engines, electrical engineering and preferably quality systems
- Good communication skills and a flexible and pro-active attitude
- Experience with computer systems (ERP experience is an advantage)
- High degree of independence, accuracy and responsibility
