As an HR Clerk, you will be responsible for administrative and support work in the HR area.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- You support the recruitment and selection process. This means that you distribute new vacancies internally, respond to applicants, schedule interviews and act as a contact for employment agencies.
- You will be responsible for processing sick and recovery notifications in our personnel system and communication towards Occupational Health and Safety Service and UWV.
- You will support the HR Advisor in the process of absence management.
- You are responsible for proper registration of training and education attended and (co-)organizing basic/in-company training courses. In addition, you will prepare training agreements.
- You are first point of contact for employees regarding all questions of an operational nature.
- You will be responsible for accurate and complete documentation in personnel files and taking care of correspondence.
- You take care of HR activities at sweet and sorrow events.
What do we ask of you?
- You have a completed MBO4/HBO education in the direction of HRM and several years of demonstrable work experience in an HR department.
- You have knowledge of HR processes.
- You are familiar with HR laws and regulations.
- You are proactive, communicative, collaborative and have an eye for detail.
