The purchasing department is concerned with the purchase of goods for the manufacture of generators and hybrid systems. The main tasks of the purchasing employee are
Tasks associated with the position:
- Placing orders based on purchasing needs generated by our ERP system SAP
- Check order confirmations for completeness and correctness and enter them in our ERP system SAP
- Check whether the data in SAP matches the order confirmation and take action if necessary
- Ensuring correct administrative handling of placed orders
- Monitor the status of ongoing orders and report any deviations.
Job requirements:
- Experience with SAP or want to learn this
- Mastery of the English language in speech and writing
- Preferably has experience in a similar position
