Do you want to use your commercial talents and further develop yourself in a national and international B2B market? Or are you just a starter? We are looking for a sales talent who enjoys contributing to the success of Variass and our customers.
Selling to SMEs is in you. You know exactly how to convince the customer and you show what the possibilities are. Leads are presented to you, but you also go looking for them yourself.
What are you going to do?
You call and visit these leads and with a presentation you show the many possibilities of Variass. Your goal is to sell our services that help customers excel. You also maintain your customer portfolio. Your activities are therefore diverse, across the entire breadth of the sales process:
- Conducting sales calls and making offers. You often coordinate offers with your (technical) colleagues and you calculate the business case together;
- You prepare quotations, process customer feedback and negotiate to get that signature;
- You transfer new customers to the engineering team so that all promises are guaranteed and fulfilled.
What are we looking for?
You have HBO work/thinking level, preferably with a commercial background. You have good communication skills and you master the English and German language in word and writing. You have a positive and stable personality. Driven, result-oriented and organizational are characteristics of your way of working. Affinity with technology is a plus.

Variass also has an active staff association and we organize fun gatherings such as BBQs and lunches around holidays. You can join the Variass cycling team and make a voluntary contribution to charities through Variass.
