As a Sales Administration employee you are an important pivot in the Supply Chain department. With your excellent communication and administrative skills, you make an important contribution to our growth. You work together in the international Sales Administration Europe team and have regular contact with your international colleagues and customers.

What are you going to do?

• You process orders and customer contracts submitted by sellers

• You check orders for correctness

• You coordinate the follow-up of your order from receipt to the billing process

• You prepare the delivery papers

• You use tools and methods for managing and archiving paper and digital information

• You prepare and check invoices/proformas

• You know and apply customs and import/export regulations.

• You handle after-sales by recording customer complaints and returns

• You maintain contact with customers, in collaboration with the sales team

• You maintain the sales administration

• You make proposals to improve the sales administration process and the development of the department

• You work together with other departments

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably supplemented with demonstrable administrative experience in a technical or production environment

• Communicative

• Accurate, organized and proactive

• Solution-oriented and flexible

• Analytical and pragmatic

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, French is an advantage

• You are customer-friendly, diplomatic and solution-oriented. You enjoy working together, are not afraid to ask questions and know how to prioritize. You also know how important it is to be customer and service oriented. You are naturally curious and open to change. In addition, you think a good working atmosphere is important and you have a healthy dose of humor!
