Photonis Netherlands BV is the market leader in the development, production and sale of high-tech residual light amplifiers that are used in the industrial, scientific, medical and night vision markets. Approximately 300 employees work in our production facility in Roden; in addition to production, departments such as R&D, Finance, Engineering, SCM, Purchasing and Sales are also located here. We are looking for a:

EMPLOYEE DATA ENTRY (28 – 40 HOURS)

Objective function

As a Data Entry Employee you ensure correct, fast and optimal data exchange between the systems. In this way, the continuity of the processes within Photonis is guaranteed.

Activities

• You prepare download files and ensure that they are uploaded in another system
• You process data manually. This includes sales and work orders and production results
• You check whether the manually processed data and the uploaded files have been processed correctly
• You track down erroneous data and restore it

Job requirements

• Experience with data entry
• High typing skills. Preferably in possession of a typing diploma
• Good command of the Office package, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP programs
• Understanding of production and logistics processes
• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
