Photonis Netherlands BV is the market leader in the development, production and sale of high-tech residual light amplifiers used in the industrial, scientific, medical and night vision markets. The production facility in Roden employs approximately 300 employees; in addition to production, departments such as R&D, Finance, Engineering, SCM, HRM, Purchasing and Sales are also located here. As an HR Employee you support the HRM department in the implementation of the HR policy. Our team consists of two Advisors and a Manager. You answer questions from managers and employees, you take care of the administration regarding employment and contracts and you are responsible for various support activities. In this position you have contact with everyone in the organization, you know who is responsible for what and you ensure that all HR administration is in order.

What are you going to do?

  • Taking care of correspondence with employees and the preparation of letters and contracts
  • Answering job applications and organizing recruitment and selection interviews
  • Tracking and processing personnel changes
  • Organizing (company) events and training for employees
  • Taking care of the general HR administration

We would like you to have this:

  • You have at least MBO+ work and thinking level
  • You have experience with the administrative organization of HR and the digital systems
  • You have an affinity with the field and you can interpret and apply current laws and regulations
  • You are fluent in the Dutch and English language, verbally and in writing

Your profile?

Firstly, you are socially oriented and helpful, you can listen critically and you find good cooperation in the team important. You handle personal information with integrity and you are accurate in your administration. You can respond adequately and you have good communication skills. You like to plan and organize so that everything runs smoothly. You also proactively think about what needs to be done and you are comfortable with digital (HR) systems.
