As a Quality Employee, you contribute to the optimization and assurance of the quality of our products. You ensure that the quality that is requested is also made and delivered. In addition, you and your colleagues will work on further professionalizing the Total Quality Management (TQM) department. What are you going to do?

Quality is concerned with guaranteeing the quality of our products. This includes performing first article inspections on new or changed articles, calibrating critical tools (or having them calibrated), exit checks and handling internal NCRs caused by suppliers. In your role you work closely with the entire production and logistics and you have close contact with Product Development, the Supply Chain and TQM. You know how to make the right choices every day between guaranteeing quality and delivering our products to the customer. 

In addition, the following duties are part of this position:

• Point of contact for the rest of the organization in QC related matters
• Operational management of the QC team
• Taking samples at goods receipt and export
• Make decisions about the approval or rejection of products
• Monitoring product quality, signaling and acting on trends and monitoring results in QC data
• Initiating quality improvements and drawing up improvement plans
• Participate in (improvement) projects in the context of, for example, IATF

As a Quality Employee you are an important link within our company. The Quality team consists of four employees, including you. Together you are part of TQM.

Who are you?

You are an ambitious Quality Employee who would like to grow into a senior role. As an employer, we would like to train and guide you in this. You are also able to build internal relationships with the Production and Logistics departments. In connection with our high quality requirements, your quality awareness is essential. This with a view to the optimal and safe functioning of our product portfolio.

In addition, we would like to see the following on your CV:

• A completed MBO 4 WTB or with WTB experience supplemented with relevant courses
• You are aware of the latest developments in tooling, measuring techniques, etc.
• Experience in the field of performing the above-mentioned quality measurements and being familiar with the 3D scanning equipment is an advantage
• Experience with various software applications such as ERP and other digital tools
• You communicate easily with different levels within our company in Dutch (level B1) and English (level B1)
