As an experienced service engineer, you are an ambassador for our company. You are part of a motivated and successful service team. You perform your work in the position as an experienced service engineer at direct and indirect customers worldwide. This means that you often travel, for example to put our bus doors into operation or to solve problems.

We are looking for an experienced service engineer who has the ambition to grow into the position of senior service engineer.

What are you going to do?

As an experienced service engineer, you transfer your knowledge and provide technical guidance to the service engineers. Where necessary, you also train our direct and indirect customers worldwide and possibly the service engineers in your own team.

You are also responsible for:​​​​​​​

• Answering technical customer questions
• Knowledge transfer/training of service engineers
• Organizing service activities and projects
• Organizing and creating service and/or training documentation

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience in a technical/commercial environment
• You can switch well between the clients and the various departments within the organization and you have an eye for the interests of the various parties
• You have good contact and communication skills
• You have a good command of the Dutch, English and German language in word and writing
• You are familiar with various computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You are in possession of driving license B
• You like a challenge
• Willingness to travel frequently
• No 9 to 5 mentality

Competences:

• Education and work experience at HBO level
• Enterprising
• Accurate and stress-resistant
• Excellent communication skills
