What are you going to do?

You will work for our Strategic Technical Purchasing (STB) department with a market research in which you examine the position of Ventura Systems through the eyes of an existing or potential supplier. What is the goal? At a time when both the market and our organization are constantly changing, it is essential to examine whether we are still an exciting partner for suppliers. Can we still contribute to their goals? And more importantly, can we grow strategically together?

But we also face the challenging question: are we sufficiently in the spotlight for potential (automotive) suppliers who supply various raw materials? We want to work with you to make sure our brand and capabilities are clear to suppliers who want to work with us.

Who are you?

You have an independent and enterprising attitude to carry out the market research. Because our suppliers are not all located around the corner from Bolsward, you may have to travel. It is important that you are prepared for this. Finally, you have an affinity with numbers, where financial insight is important.

Will you join us?

Ventura Systems is the leading producer of innovative door systems for public transport. Our products are supplied worldwide to many renowned manufacturers of buses and autonomous vehicles. From 2023, we will also be using our knowledge and experience to supply (electric) door systems for trucks for city distribution. We focus on the development of reliable, safe and tailor-made door systems for intensive use.

Our professionals create tailor-made access solutions that increase the quality of (public) transport systems and improve the functionality of the vehicle. We do this through a combination of the latest technology, a flexible production process and an eye for people and nature. It is not for nothing that the Ventura door systems are used by our customers all over the world.

What started small in 1994 has grown into an international company with offices in Bolsward, Germany, USA, Hong Kong and Australia. More than 200 professionals now work with great enthusiasm and pleasure at Ventura Systems.
