WhisperPower systems supply electrical power with the lowest possible emissions, with optimum low fuel consumption by applying the OctoPower hybrid technology developed in-house. Our company has a worldwide distribution network in more than 40 countries with our own sales offices in England, Germany, Spain, China and America. We currently have 60 employees and are growing fast.

We are looking for a:
who supports the network at home and abroad from the head office of Whisper Power BV in Drachten.
As a Service Coordinator, you, as leader of the Technical Service, support the commercial department by properly handling all service and warranty cases.
With your technical insight and structured way of working, you ensure that customers are adequately helped and faults are resolved as much as possible. You have good organizational skills to adequately handle customer questions together with the team
In this position, as leader of the Technical Service, you support the commercial department and ensure the proper handling of technical issues in the field. You ensure that all service and warranty cases are handled properly.
You are responsible for streamlining the 1e line support for our national and international customers with a team of 3 to 4 employees. You ensure that our national and international distributors and dealers are sufficiently equipped to properly provide service locally, including through training.
You supervise the planning of repairs and maintenance to be carried out by the service engineers, including any service contracts.
You are responsible for the return circuit of products and spare parts.
- Preferably a completed education in business administration or an HBO working and thinking level obtained through work experience;
- Interest and experience in the maritime and mobile industry is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
- Ability to properly analyze and assess technical problems;
- You have good oral and written skills and you have a good command of the Dutch and English language. German and/or French is an advantage
- Representative and customer-oriented;
- Good organizational skills;
- Good leadership skills;
- In possession of driving license B
- Above all, you are ambitious, flexible, curious and eager to learn and you have a firm footing
