Photonis Netherlands BV is the market leader in developing, producing and selling high-tech residual light amplifiers that are used in the industrial, scientific, medical and night vision markets. Our production facility in Roden employs approximately 300 people; in addition to production, departments such as R&D, Finance, Engineering, SCM, Purchasing and Sales are also located here. TEAMMAN M/F (40 HOURS)

Objective function As a team leader you manage a group of production employees within one of the production teams of the Operations department. You ensure that production runs optimally and that the continuity of the production process is guaranteed and goes according to plan.  

Activities
• You manage a group of 3 - 10 production employees • You ensure that production orders are completed according to schedule within the established work instructions • You ensure maintenance planning (TPM) • You take action in case of deviations and defects (OCAP) • You follow important process parameters using SPC and take action in the event of deviations • You take care of the daily planning of staffing • You conduct Personal Progress Interviews (PVGs) with production employees • You enter data for the Efficiency / Yield registration and malfunctions in SAP PM • You work according to the 4 shift schedule. • You cooperate in production


Job requirements
• Experience with management and motivating employees • Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a completed training in a technical direction • Experience with Lean Manufacturing • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office
