We are looking for an enthusiastic Technician (full time)

As a Technician you are responsible for the technical support of the production process. You support the engineers, the technical service and the team leaders in maintaining and continuously improving the production process.

In practice, you are, among other things, working on setting up and adjusting machines, performing 1e line maintenance of machines and support in maintenance planning. You will be involved in setting up, measuring, testing and analyzing engineering test setups and experiments. As a Technician you keep in touch with the workplace and you participate in the production process. You supervise operators in training, support trainers with certification and think along in optimizing the work instructions.  

We would like you to have this

  • You have completed MBO training in a technical direction
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • You have experience in solving process and quality deviations
  • You are a good listener and have clear communication skills
  • You are good at planning and organizing
  • You like to monitor progress and make adjustments where necessary
  • Your knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is good
