Our door systems can be found worldwide and our service engineers are also active all over the world. As a Service Engineer, you are the technical specialist who supports customers in maintaining, repairing and commissioning our door systems. What are you going to do?

Of course you want to learn everything about our door systems and that is why you start with an induction program. With the knowledge you acquire and your technical skills you ensure that our door systems always function optimally at vehicle manufacturers and end users. You will certainly do this together with a Service Engineer in the first year, who can teach you the tricks of the trade.

If you are more professionally mature, you will be responsible for installing door systems at vehicle manufacturers and guiding, training and providing service to end users. You will also contribute to improving our service processes.

Your duties will include:

• Resolving technical faults and carrying out repairs on site at end customers
• Maintain and inspect systems to prevent future problems
• Training customers and their employees on system maintenance
• Contribute to improving processes to increase service quality
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Reporting on your work to improve our quality standards

You provide the customer not only with maintenance, but also with good advice in further use. Together we strive for the best solution for the customer and end user.

Who are you?

You are eager to learn, enthusiastic and technically minded. You have the ambition to further develop yourself in a technical environment and to support customers with high-quality service. You have good communication skills, think in solutions and can function well both independently and in a team.
