Join our dynamic R&amp;D Male Grooming team for a 6-month internship where you'll contribute to the next generation of grooming solutions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world challenges, from identifying user needs to developing functional prototypes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are currently focusing on&nbsp;<strong>improving the function of a hair removal device<\/strong>. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and product performance in this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an intern, you will be involved in the full cycle of product development. Your main objectives will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User Research<\/strong>: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify unmet user needs and pain points in the male grooming domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Function Development<\/strong>: Translate user insights into innovative product functions and features, with a focus on improving hair removal performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prototyping<\/strong>: Design and build working prototypes to validate concepts and demonstrate feasibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Validation Testing<\/strong>: Plan and execute tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of your prototypes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iteration<\/strong>: Apply the\u00a0<strong>Build-Measure-Learn<\/strong>\u00a0loop to continuously refine your concepts based on test results and user feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Critical to Quality (CTQ) Analysis.<\/strong>: Identify and define key parameters that are essential to product performance and user satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and researchers, and gain hands-on experience in a high-tech, collaborative environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a motivated and curious student who is eager to learn and contribute.
