You eliminate noise, structure processes and monitor progress. In this way, you give our engineers the room to focus fully on what they do best: developing high-quality solutions for our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coaching Leadership:<\/strong> You facilitate the team, recognize talent and build a cohesive unit. You motivate in the face of challenges and celebrate successes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project direction:<\/strong> From quote to final delivery; you keep a tight rein and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commercial point of contact:<\/strong> You are the business sparring partner for our clients. You communicate clearly, act fairly and understand the technical context of their issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Process optimization:<\/strong> With an analytical eye, you identify bottlenecks. You implement improvements that increase efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovation &amp; R&amp;D:<\/strong> You will work closely with the R&amp;D department to develop our own product line <strong>CARS<\/strong> to an even higher level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are you bringing?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You are a \u201cpeople person\u201d with a business compass. You understand that a team only really performs when the noses are in the same direction and the processes are right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Level:<\/strong> HBO\/WO working and thinking level (e.g. Engineering, Technical Business Administration or similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> You have in-depth knowledge of engineering projects and understand the complexities of the industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personality:<\/strong> You are analytically strong and possess a large dose of perseverance.
