Within the high-tech plastics industry, there is an increasing demand for advanced inline inspection solutions for continuously produced products, such as extrusion profiles. These products move at high speeds and exhibit a wide variation in shape, dimensions, and appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Develop and validate a flexible inline inspection concept for extrusion profiles that is easy to learn and suitable for varying products and high speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will start by researching different inspection concepts for extruded profiles and creating a benchmark of possible solution directions. In doing so, you will look at sensor technology, lighting, and inspection strategies for 360\u00b0 inspection at high speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
