What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As an SMT Operator (SMD\/electronics operator), you will work in a team of 10 colleagues on modern SMT production lines. You will be responsible for placing and soldering SMD components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest challenges are delivering the right quality and quantity within the production schedule and controlling the production line and the SMT production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your duties<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Operation and monitoring of the SMT production process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Starting up and setting up the machines (software)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Checking and monitoring quality during production<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Making the right decisions when deviations occur<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Troubleshooting the production line<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare and set up production orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute ideas and input for process optimization and quality improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Who are you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • You work in a structured way and maintain an overview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You independently set priorities and take responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You collaborate well and clearly coordinate activities with colleagues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You report deviations in a timely manner and contribute to solutions and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What are you bringing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in electronics or mechatronics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with SMT\/SMD processes is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Affinity for technology and machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Willingness to further develop within SMT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Good command of Dutch and English<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Good computer skills (working with diverse systems)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Flexibility for shift work and deployment to other departments and locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
