Hytrans is the global market leader and aims to remain so in the future. <br>In Lemmer, approximately 100 motivated employees work to sell, develop, assemble, and provide support for our products.<br><br>As a Technical Buyer, you play an important role in collaborating with our Engineering department to<br>to find the best raw materials, materials, goods, and services for our production department. Through<br>Your technical knowledge means you know exactly what's needed for our innovative products and you work closely<br>with your colleagues in the Purchasing department to build sustainable relationships with our suppliers<br>maintain and achieve the best price-quality ratio, based on our strategic<br>Procurement plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities in this role:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selecting suitable suppliers based on criteria such as quality, delivery time, price, and<br>sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessing supplier performance to determine if current suppliers are still meeting<br>meet the specified requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing improvement projects and improvement teams for new and existing products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk Management: Managing risks that arise from procurement processes, such as<br>production interruptions, quality problems, and delivery delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchasing raw materials, supplies, goods, and\/or services at the best price<br>quality-price ratio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registering and processing orders and data in our ERP system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recording agreements in contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we ask of you?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Several years of experience in technical purchasing and a proactive attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong negotiation and commercial skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approachable, a team player, and solution-oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HBO work and thinking level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is important that you have an affinity for working in a technically oriented environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we offer you:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A market-conform salary and pension accrual through a good pension scheme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 days of vacation and 13 ADV days annually (with full-time employment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will work in a challenging and responsible position with plenty of room for personal initiative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You work in a team where we, with passion and energy, look together every day at how we can<br>Could have done better!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are you interested in this position?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Excited and want to know more?
