In Lemmer, approximately 100 motivated employees sell, develop, assemble, and provide support for the products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Service Coordinator, you are the one who keeps the overview and ensures that everything keeps running.<strong>.<\/strong> You plan and coordinate the deployment of service technicians and discuss scheduling, progress, and work with customers daily. You'll also handle matters such as maintenance contracts, quotes, and follow-up orders. You know what's going on and translate this into a feasible and clear schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You set priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure that agreements are kept. Furthermore, you are the functional manager of the service technicians and work closely with the planner and other colleagues within the After Sales department. Together, you ensure that work continues under all circumstances and that customers can rely on Hytrans' service and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Key responsibilities in this role:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scheduling and optimizing the internal and external (detailed) planning of service technicians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aligning maintenance quotes and contracts with our customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating the deployment of technicians within the central mechanic pool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize tasks based on urgency, availability, and customer importance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with clients regarding scheduling, progress, and changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying and resolving planning conflicts and capacity issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring progress and functionally managing service technicians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to improvements in planning and work methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>What do we ask of you?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have several years of experience in planning and organizing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are commercially minded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have an affinity for technology and understand the dynamics of a technical work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have an MBO4\/HBO work and thought level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a good command of Dutch, English, and German.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are strong in communication and decisive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>What do we offer you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A competitive salary and a good pension plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 days of vacation and 13 ADV days annually (with full-time employment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will work in a challenging and responsible position with plenty of room for personal initiative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You work in a team where we work together with passion and energy every day to see how we can do even better!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Are you interested in this position?<br><\/em><\/strong>Enthusiastic and want to know more?
