To further realize our ambitious growth goals, we are seeking a <strong>Global Sales &amp; Marketing Manager<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In this key role, you set the commercial direction, drive international growth, serve as a strategic sparring partner for the Sales &amp; Marketing team, and are a member of the Management Team. You have all the space to build, set direction, and achieve results. Do you want to make a visible contribution to our global success? We would be happy to get to know you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the commercial strategy for our locations in the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, Hong Kong, Australia, and Japan. Globally, you work with leading bus manufacturers, carriers, and public transport authorities. You build long-term partnerships that contribute to our growth ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You profile yourself within the broader Bode Ventura Group* and actively contribute to the development of joint commercial strategies, international cooperation, and synergy between the various companies within the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your main responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Translating organizational goals into a clear commercial strategy, concrete forecasts, ambitious targets, and solid financial plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening the international market position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively advising the Management Team on market opportunities, strategy, and positioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and other relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representatives of Ventura as ambassadors in the market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading, inspiring and motivating the Sales &amp; Marketing team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating optimal collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>*The completion of the transaction is subject to customary approvals from regulators and other conditions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are a driven leader who effortlessly moves between strategy and operations. With a strong commercial drive, you turn market developments into concrete results with decisive action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You fulfill an exemplary role and know how to inspire employees with your clear vision. Based on data, market insights, and experience, you make informed decisions. Additionally, you communicate persuasively, build strong relationships, and move easily in a technical environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this position, you regularly travel internationally. You have no problem getting on a plane in a short time when the situation requires it. Additionally, you bring the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have an HBO\/WO work and thinking level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 8 years of experience in a senior commercial or Sales &amp; Marketing Manager role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with analyzing and optimizing sales and marketing processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of the English language.
