The goal: to determine together how the working group can become even more valuable to member companies and their HR professionals in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energy and ideas in abundance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing and future vision. The session explored questions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What HRM developments are we seeing within our own organizations?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What activities can we more effectively\u00a0<strong>collective<\/strong>\u00a0pick up?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do joint HR initiatives connect to existing themes such as\u00a0<strong>engaging and binding talent<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do we see the role and future of the HR working group within the ICD?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The HR professionals in attendance brought valuable input from their own organizations. Sharing knowledge and jointly tackling HR challenges creates opportunities to work faster and more effectively.
