The ICD companies spoke with many students about internships, graduate projects and possible career opportunities. Although some courses were less visible, the event was perceived as valuable and constructive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/niek-musters-932223187\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Niek Mu<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/niek-musters-932223187\/\">sters<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comecer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comecer Netherlands<\/a>) looks back positively:<br><em>\u201cThe organization was professional and clear. We talked to many students about graduate studies. In addition, we had good contact with the other companies and exchanged new ideas. Interest in our hydrogen refueling stations was high. It's great to see that starting engineers think it's important to work on sustainable initiatives. Their goal was clear: to meet, inspire and match talent with challenging assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/everhard-hoexum-3355697\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Everhard Hoexum<\/a>\u00a0looks back with satisfaction:<br><em>\u201cWe were able to offer the students no less than 17 different assignments. The conversations were about interests, opportunities and what we do in Drachten. It's still nice to see that Philips as a big name still has a lot of appeal. This week the first responses already came in. The companies showed that the northern Netherlands offers plenty of opportunities for students who want to work in innovation, high-tech manufacturing and sustainable technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The career fair&nbsp;<em>Engineering the Future<\/em>&nbsp;once again proved to be an inspiring meeting place.
