On 14 September, the symbolic first pile was driven into the ground for the new NTS Norma premises. The building is being realised by Bouwgroep Noord and will be erected at W.A. Scholtenlaan in Drachten, with a prime location on the N31. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new building offers more space and better conditions for the production of ultra-precision parts and, with the future in mind, the company is anticipating the fast-growing demand for these parts. During the preliminary process, employees were asked to contribute to the design and requirements of their new workplace. As a result, the new building fully meets the needs of the users, but also the increasing demands for production, such as climate control, floor stability, routing and machine placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NTS Norma in Drachten is a high-tech first-line supplier that specialises in the production of ultra-precision parts for a variety of complex materials. These parts meet the highest standards for precision and quality required by customers, and are therefore used in the heart of customers\u2019 machines and systems in the semiconductor, medical technology and analytical industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
