Medication pouches are created by packaging devices. Each pouch has been ‘custom’ filled for a specific patient, with a specific dose for a specific administration time. It is very important that patients do not mix up the pouches, medication or administration times since this may harm their health.
The production process of pouches is not perfect. Today ZiuZ products check the content of the pouches via camera(s) and algorithms. In other words, does the pouch contain the exact right pills for that administration time?
But the pouch quality has more aspects like: is the pouched sealed correctly? Is the printing readable? Has the pouch been torn? Etc.
Investigate methods to, and develop software/algorithms that can detect and assess (several) quality aspects of a pouch.

JOB DESCRIPTION/WHAT'S REQUIRED:
- High level of independency, but still be a team player as well
- Basic programming skills for writing test \ evaluation scripts
- Skills in Image processing and \ or machine learning
