To expand our Finance Team we are looking for a

Business Controller 

Due to the growth and development of our organization, we are looking for an Interim Business Controller to strengthen our Finance Team. As Business Controller you will be the sparring partner for the Sales, Project Management, R&D, Operations and Service departments. Your tasks will include setting up and shaping project control, making analyses, optimizing the financial processes and implementing improvements. At the same time you will contribute to the further implementation of the ERP system that went live in 2022. You will report directly to the CFO, with whom you will also spar on various topics.

As Business Controller your responsibilities are

• Preparing business plans by analyzing data (market, customer and competition data, legislation and trends)
• Turning trends into forecasts
• Making financial analyses of projects (cash flow, liquidity forecasts, etc.)
• Taking care of and improving monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Setting up project control and standardization of the analysis tool
• Provide support in improving the quality of input for production/operational kpi’s
• Optimizing financial processes and implementing process improvements and optimizing the new ERP system (Ridder IQ)

What do you bring

You are an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Controller/ Project Controller with an entrepreneurial pioneering spirit. You have the energy to take Resato Hydrogen Technology  to the next level in terms of administration, reporting and control framework.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical or industrial (projects) organization
• A completed HBO or WO education in Business Control, Business Economics or Accountancy
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Broad experience with ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
