Department
The R&D department consists of experienced electrical, software, and hardware engineers who are involved in developing new and improving existing BD Kiestra machines. Regularly, questions arise from customers that are initially answered by the Service Department and sometimes also by R&D.
Assignment Description
We offer the unique opportunity to be part of our innovative team and work on the development of an advanced AI driven system that allows users to query quality procedures for medical device software. This system should be able to learn our quality procedures for medical software and support users via a web interface in asking questions such as ”What documents need to be delivered with a software release?” or “Who needs to sign a Software Detailed Design?”.

• Researching which AI system best fits the requirements.
• Design and develop the AI-based system.
• Implement a user-friendly web interface.
• Integrate quality procedures and documentation for medical software.
• Test and validate the system to ensure it provides accurate and reliable answers.
• Your work will be reviewed, and you will receive constructive feedback from experienced colleagues.
