Problem Description
Within the organisation, sustainability is increasingly important across product development and operations. While various data points and KPIs exist, they are often spread across different tools and teams, making it difficult to track, maintain, and act on sustainability performance in a structured way.
Relevance
A structured, data-driven sustainability approach will improve visibility of performance, support better decision-making, reduce manual effort, and help embed sustainability within development processes.
Assignment Objectives
Student profile
Suitable for students with a background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or similar. Strong analytical skills, interest in sustainability, and experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, Python) are a plus.
