At our modern production site in Sneek, we produce high-quality turbine blades that are used worldwide in critical installations. As Quality Manager Are you the specialist who ensures that every product from our factory meets the highest standards of precision, reliability, and safety? • Functionally manages the quality team (7 FTE) and ensures development, alignment, and clear task distribution.

What are you bringing?

You have an eye for detail, are analytically strong and feel at home in a production environment where precision and craftsmanship are key. You involve others in improvements and know how to understand processes technically.

In addition, you have:

  • HBO work and thinking level, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or quality engineering.
  • Experience with quality management in production, metalworking, or high-precision manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques (e.g., CMM, 3D scanning, roughness measurement, tolerance systems).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes in CNC milling and machining.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.

What do we offer you?

You work in a modern production environment where high-tech products are manufactured, and where safety and quality are paramount. You are given ample opportunity to implement improvements, develop processes, and further expand your expertise.

In addition, we offer:
