Your role
Are you technically savvy, solution-oriented, and do you want to contribute to efficient and high-quality production? As a Production Engineer, you are the link between design, production, and quality, ensuring that our products move smoothly and flawlessly through the production process.
In this role, you guide the production process, support your colleagues, identify improvements, and monitor quality. Concretely, this means:
- Supervising the production process
You ensure that products move smoothly and according to schedule through the production process and resolve technical disruptions quickly and effectively. - Provide technical support
You support colleagues with new or complex products, answer technical questions, and ensure that products meet the established specifications. - Improve processes
You identify bottlenecks and initiate improvements in working methods, workstations, and instructions in order to produce more efficiently and smarter. - Ensure quality
You inspect parts and assemblies, ensure compliance with procedures, and actively contribute to reducing errors and failure costs.
Surrounded by 30 to 60 colleagues, you move like a jack-of-all-trades: no two days are the same and switching gears ad hoc is the norm.
What are you bringing
- MBO+ working and thinking level or HBO electronics or mechatronics
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a high-tech mechatronics / electronics production environment
- Good communicative and coaching skills
- Mastery of the Dutch and English language.
- You are flexible: start times between 7:00 and 8:00 AM are fine with you, and you finish your work, even if that means you finish a little later.
