During this internship, you will have the opportunity to support Ventura Systems in strengthening our information security and optimizing our data and document management. You will work on a concrete issue that has an organization-wide impact and directly contributes to more secure and efficient processes.
What are you going to do?
You play a role in increasing understanding of the Ventura data and document landscape. You help to get a grip on where data is located, how it is used, and how it can be shared. Your tasks may include:
- Inventorying the data landscape through interviews with process owners and stakeholders
- Mapping data and document flows: from deliverable or requirement within a process to the storage location and associated (technical) access rights
- Creating insight into different data categories, such as NDA data, customer deliverables, IATF data, and internal (non-public) Ventura data
- Advise on simplifying file distribution where it is responsible and possible
- Advise on additional security measures where increased protection is necessary
Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic IT student ready to put theory into practice. You are curious, eager to learn, and see your internship as an opportunity to develop yourself in a professional yet accessible environment.
- You are pursuing a higher professional education in ICT/Computer Science and are looking for a five-month internship.
- You have basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, network administration, Office 365, and/or ITIL.
- You are proactive, a strong communicator, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- You master Dutch excellently and preferably also English, both orally and in writing.
