First, we proudly look back on a successful first edition of the National Autonomous Systems Congress on April 2, 2025 in Drachten. The congress in figures: 450 visitors, 21 inspiring lectures, 25 innovative demos and 1 impressive keynote by Aaron Saunders (Boston Dynamics).

It was a day not soon to be forgotten. Together we put Autonomous Systems on the national map. And the Northern Netherlands? Which presented itself as the testing ground for smart technology and robotics. This day was just the beginning - we are vigorously continuing this movement!

Next year again? We are ready for it!

The organization

The organization of the first National Congress on Autonomous Systems was in the hands of European Digital Innovation Hub Northern Netherlands (EDIH NN)., the Innovation Cluster Drachten, the AI hub northern Netherlands, the University of Groningen, atnorth, with support from the municipality of Smallingerland.
