What are you going to do?
if CNC Miller/Operator you can perfectly express your interest in precision and CNC machining! You will process our products with 4- and 5-axis milling machines. The CNC-controlled machines usually have a Siemens 840D control. You run multiple projects simultaneously to make series or single piece products. Together with your colleagues you take care of the process and coordinate the work.

Your daily activities are:
- Deliver product according to work instructions and drawings;
Operate and monitor the CNC machine;
• Optimizing and programming the CNC machine;
- Perform first-line maintenance duties and ensure a clean and orderly work area;
- Properly transfer work to the succeeding shift;
- Liaise with other departments on projects, progress and quality;
- Numbering, brushing and deburring of products.

What are you taking with you?
That you feel responsible for our products and your own work. In addition, you think about improvements for the production process and you can make complex products and operate multiple CNC machines.

In addition, we ask:
- MBO working and thinking level in the field of machining;
• Willing to work in two shifts (07:00 – 15:30 / 15:30 – 00:00);
• Willing to guide students/interns where necessary;
- You can arrive independently on location in Sneek.

What do we offer you?

• Gross monthly salary between €3,300 and €5,100, based on 40 hours per week. Depending on your knowledge and experience.;
• Shift allowance of 17%;
• Optional night shift 25% and an extra €10 per hour!

- Travel reimbursement and 8% vacation pay;

The location
We are specialists in producing turbine blades, accessories and complex products for industrial turbines, compressors and pumps. We work on projects for our customers all over the world at our modern production location in Sneek.
