What are you going to do?
As an SMT Operator (SMD/electronics operator), you will work in a team of 10 colleagues on modern SMT production lines. You will be responsible for placing and soldering SMD components.
The biggest challenges are delivering the right quality and quantity within the production schedule and controlling the production line and the SMT production process.
Your duties
- Operation and monitoring of the SMT production process
- Starting up and setting up the machines (software)
- Checking and monitoring quality during production
- Making the right decisions when deviations occur
- Troubleshooting the production line
- Prepare and set up production orders
- Contribute ideas and input for process optimization and quality improvement
Who are you?
- You work in a structured way and maintain an overview.
- You independently set priorities and take responsibility.
- You collaborate well and clearly coordinate activities with colleagues.
- You report deviations in a timely manner and contribute to solutions and improvements.
What are you bringing
- MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in electronics or mechatronics
- Experience with SMT/SMD processes is a plus.
- Affinity for technology and machines
- Willingness to further develop within SMT
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Good computer skills (working with diverse systems)
- Flexibility for shift work and deployment to other departments and locations
