What are you going to do
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you are part of an enthusiastic team of five colleagues. You support the Key Account Managers, manage customer relationships, and ensure that quotations, customer inquiries, and administrative processes run smoothly. You have frequent contact with customers and work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Purchasing, and Planning.
You play an important role within the internal sales department and contribute to optimal service delivery to customers. You will be given the opportunity to grow into the role of Account Manager. Together with your manager, you will work on your development and expand your role step by step.
Your duties
- Supporting the Key Account Managers and internal sales team
- Drafting, coordinating and following up on quotations
- Answering first-line customer queries and maintaining customer contact
- Support in relationship management and account management
- Processing of customer changes, article data, and other administration
- Preparing client meetings and projects
- Thinking along about improvements in processes, services, and customer satisfaction
What do you bring
- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level, work experience is a plus
- 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role, inside sales, sales support, or customer service, or a completed degree in a commercial or logistics direction
- Interest in commerce, sales, account management and customer contact
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
