The project stimulates knowledge development, technology development, and collaboration surrounding 3D metal printing, plastic and composite printing, and 3D electronics. In addition, SMEs are given low-threshold access to expertise, facilities, and support, enabling innovative and sustainable applications to be brought to market more quickly.
Project partners are: Binder3D, NLR, Titomic, GeTech, Demcon, Astron, SRON, Hytrans, NOVA, Nedcam, Proper, Bilfinger, RuG, Hanzehogeschool, NHLStenden. In addition, ICD is involved as the formal lead applicant and for expanding the community.
The project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) via the Partnership Northern Netherlands (SNN) and contributes to innovation, sustainability, and the strengthening of the regional manufacturing industry.
