In the Quality Control department, we are looking for a Quality Employee to focus on solving technical challenges and improving and ensuring the quality of our products.
What do we expect from you?
As a Quality Employee, you are key to solving and handling quality issues. You will be co-responsible for identifying technical quality problems and together with our engineers search for the bottlenecks and start improvement projects. In cooperation with our suppliers, improvements will be implemented on the production processes. The range of tasks consists of:
- Analyze and identify technical problems affecting product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendors to find and implement technical solutions.
- Perform testing and analysis to resolve technical challenges and quality issues.
- Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure product quality.
- Handle product related complaints towards suppliers.

You bite into technical challenges that are difficult to get to grips with and your good communication skills enable you to come up with robust solutions together with our colleagues and suppliers. Furthermore, you are someone who works accurately and disciplined because our quality requirements are high.
In addition, we would like to see the following on your CV:
- At least a completed MBO education in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar).
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
- Have experience in various measurement techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and able to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.
