Your start in HR: from participating to contributing
During this internship at Ventura Systems, you will assist with various HR tasks. You will work on recruitment and selection, maintain HR systems, and support with absence management, among other things. You will have the opportunity to thoroughly learn the processes and contribute ideas on how they can be improved.
Who are you?
You will be part of our HR team and during this internship, you will get a good overview of the daily work within HR. Your responsibilities may include:
- Support with recruitment and selection
- Taking over absence administration and processes
- Be responsible for onboarding new employees
- Performing administrative HR tasks
- Contributing to initiatives in the area of corporate culture and employee satisfaction
There is room to shape an assignment based on your interests. We are happy to help you think through this.
What do we offer?
You are an enthusiastic HR student ready to put theory into practice.
- You are studying HRM and are looking for an internship of at least 5 months (this can be either a work placement or a graduation internship).
- You are eager to learn, accurate, and proactive.
- You have strong analytical skills and can handle confidential information well.
- You can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You master the Dutch language and preferably also the English language, both orally and in writing.
