Your role
As a Junior Operator SMT, you will play an important role in the production process of high-quality printed circuit boards. You start your working day at 06:00 or 09:15 with a short consultation about the planning. Then you prepare the production orders, check if all materials are ready and start up the production line.
You accurately set up and then operate the Pick & Place, Screen Printer and soldering furnace. In doing so, you work accurately according to the order packages you receive from the planning or the department head. You keep a close eye on the production process and quality, intervene in case of deviations and work together with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also record and examine data together with the SMT Engineer to improve quality and efficiency.
In addition, you will support in preparatory tasks, such as assembly and disassembly of materials, periodic maintenance and you will think about possible improvements in the production process.

You work accurately and have an eye for detail. You work well together and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere. As a Junior operator SMT you find it important to do your job well and work well together to achieve the best result. In a busy environment you remain calm and know how to deal with changes.
What are you bringing
- MBO-3 or 4 working and thinking level preferably in electronics
- Relevant work experience
- Flexible for shift work and support in other departments/locations
- Proficient in Dutch as well as English
- Computer Skills
