What will you do as a Senior Mechanical Engineer?
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you are technically responsible for the development of complex mechanical systems and modules. You translate customer needs into robust, innovative, and manufacturable solutions and play a leading role within multidisciplinary project teams.

You will ensure that the solution is realized in a technically feasible, reliable, and future-proof manner.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing machine concepts and architectures for complex automation and assembly challenges;
- Designing, calculating, and developing high-quality mechanical constructions, modules, and motion systems.;
- Responsibility for detailed engineering and 3D CAD design (Inventor/Vault);
- Making technical considerations in terms of accuracy, manufacturability, reliability, cost, and maintainability;
- Function as a technical sparring partner for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders;
- Intensively collaborate with software, control, and electrical engineers within multidisciplinary projects;
- Supervising assembly, validation, and commissioning.;
- Initiating and implementing design improvements and standardizations to increase quality and efficiency.;
- Coaching and supporting less experienced engineers within the team;
Contribute to the further development of engineering methodologies and technical knowledge within the organization.

Who are you? You are an experienced engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for developing innovative machine solutions. You combine analytical ability with pragmatism and know how to translate complex technical issues into achievable designs. In addition, you possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent;
- Several years of experience in mechanical engineering, automation, or special machine development;
- Extensive experience with 3D CAD systems, preferably Inventor and Vault;
- Experience in designing precision systems.;
- Knowledge of production techniques, tolerance chains, and Design for Manufacturing (DfM);
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly justify technical choices.;
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach;
