Do you have a passion for control technology such as PLC, SCADA and DCS and affinity with the world of Industrial Automation, Robotics and Infra? Then Viventris has a varied and challenging position for you as Software Engineer in Breda, Best or Drachten!

Your duties as a Software Engineer include:

  • Development and engineering of installations according to applicable standards and specific requirements of a client. You are capable of independently setting up a basic design process.
  • Elaborate basic, functional, final and detail design where you communicate directly with your supervisor or client.
  • Realize the software in response to the design documents provided.
  • Walk-in during FAT and SAT testing.
  • Gain knowledge regarding your personal development plan.

As a Software Engineer within Viventris you will be working with the latest techniques within automation. Here you can think of Cybersecurity, Machine Safety and HMI. Together with a multidisciplinary team you will have a lot of variety in your work. Performing various activities in an executive role makes the work as PLC Software Engineer a challenge every day.

As a Software Engineer, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have knowledge and experience with PLC, SCADA and/or DCS systems.
  • In this you have gained knowledge of SIEMENS (TIA en/OF Portal), Beckhoff, Pilz and/or ABB.
  • Demonstrated experience with Machine Safety, NEN certification and/or Robotics is a plus.
  • You have a college degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science or Mechatronics.
  • You have at least 5 years of working experience with PLCs.
  • Your knowledge of Dutch and English is excellent.

You also like to immerse yourself in developments in order to solve a client's problem as innovatively as possible. Making a decisive choice is not a problem for you and bringing an assignment to a technically qualitative conclusion is your ultimate goal. Because you are broadly deployed on all kinds of technically interesting projects and assignments, you take on every challenge with enthusiasm.

What do you get:

As a Software Engineer, you will receive a salary of €3,500 - to €6,000 gross per month based on full-time employment and attractive fringe benefits:

  • 30 vacation days
