ITS Vision specializes in the development and production of electro-optical, infrared, and thermal camera systems for applications in defense, security, and industrial automation. From night vision systems and high-dynamic-range cameras to multispectral and fusion systems: our solutions are used in situations where reliability and performance are of critical importance.

XPAR Vision develops world-leading vision, sensor, and robotics solutions for the glass packaging industry. With advanced systems for quality control, process monitoring, and automation, XPAR Vision helps glass manufacturers in more than 35 countries optimize their production processes.

By combining our expertise in cameras, sensor technology, image processing, robotics, and industrial automation, we work every day to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on:

Test & Production Engineer

What are you going to do?

As a Test & Production Engineer, you will be involved in the entire process of developing, manufacturing, and supporting our advanced camera, sensor, and vision systems. You will work closely with developers, production teams, and customers, and make a significant contribution to the quality, reliability, and performance of our products.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building, assembling, and testing prototypes, cameras, and subsystems.
  • Performing, documenting, and reporting verification, validation, and calibration tests.
  • Supporting the development team with integration and system testing.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware, firmware, and software malfunctions.
  • Performing production, assembly, and final testing activities.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve test setups and measuring equipment.
  • Performing precision mechanical assembly work.
  • Performing quality control and visual inspections of components and final products.
  • Performing software and system updates, both internally and on-site at customer locations.
  • Supporting customers with technical questions, installations, and service work.
  • Contribute to product improvements and the development of new innovative systems.

Who are we looking for?

You are a hands-on technician who enjoys working in an innovative environment where development, testing, production, and service are closely integrated.

In addition, you possess:

  • A completed MBO-4 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a comparable field.
  • Analytical ability and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A proactive work attitude.
  • An independent and accurate way of working.

Experience with camera, sensor, vision, or embedded systems is a plus, but not a requirement. Enthusiastic starters are also warmly invited to apply.
