To strengthen our team, we are looking for an administrative hero who not only manages our administration, but also fills our social media with engaging posts and thinks along about the systems we work with. Your tasks
Within Your Partner, no day is the same. Here are a few of your tasks:
- The flying start: You open the mailbox and ensure that the administration is kept strictly up to date. You answer customer emails where possible, or involve the right person. You work accurately, love structure, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- The voice of the company: The phone is ringing! A customer is calling with a question about our CARS application or an IoT project. With your pleasant telephone voice and smile – which people can hear through the line – you ensure they get to speak to the right person. You are helpful, professional, and think in the interest of the customer. You are our calling card.
- Making tech tangible Time to create a fun and engaging post for our LinkedIn! You translate our innovative IoT solutions into understandable, creative posts and show the outside world what we are proud of. You proactively gather input from your (technical) colleagues.
- Building the future: We are building a new CRM and ERP environment in-house. You actively contribute ideas regarding functionality: what works in practice, what can be done more efficiently? Your analytical skills and experience will come in very handy here.
- Wordcraft for tenders: Every now and then you join in to help write texts for tenders. That requires a sharp pen as well as strategic and tactical empathy – you instinctively understand what a client wants to read.
- Fresh air At 12:30 PM the screens go off. Together with the regular group, we take a walk outside. And on Thursday we order sandwiches!
- Room for personal initiative: ’In the afternoon, you see a way to make an administrative process more efficient. You go straight to the manager; with us, the lines of communication are short and your smart ideas are valued.
- Project administration For a new assignment, you create a project, send a quote, and process this in our systems.
- The staff association; you're in! You arrange a nice gift for the colleague who is getting married soon. And the colleague who is turning 50 naturally deserves an inflatable figure at the entrance of the building!
This is you: sharp, meticulous, and commercially creative
You live in (the vicinity of) Drachten and have an affinity for technology and IT (or simply find it fascinating). You are a connector and enjoy working in a team where commitment to the company and to each other comes first. And... you need to have a sense of humor.
Furthermore, do you recognize yourself in the following:
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an autonomous role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel – that is a requirement for us.
- Sharp and proactive: You pick up information quickly and spot opportunities.
- Accuracy is in your DNA: Your records are in safe, careful hands with you.
- Analytical: You contribute ideas regarding processes and systems, and you have the experience to back that up.
- Commercial with a heart: You think commercially, but you always act in the customer's best interest.
- Creative content creator with Wordcraft: you know how to write both an engaging post and a persuasive tender text, and you gladly show your creativity in doing so.
