As a member of the ICD, Batenburg Beenen played an important role in the renovation of the microbiological laboratory of the drinking water company Vitens. This laboratory is crucial for monitoring the water quality and safety of drinking water in the Netherlands. The renovation focused on modernization, improving both sustainability and efficiency of the laboratory.

Vitens tests thousands of water samples every day, and this renovation placed high demands on hygiene, safety and technical facilities. An excellent project for Batenburg Beenen, as the company specialises in industrial automation. The company was responsible for the technical integration of new systems.
