On Wednesday, Oct. 14, the T&I management knowledge circle conclaved with each other again on the topic of roadmapping.
Roadmapping is a commonly used methodology to create a medium-term R&D agenda. In 3 subgroups knowledge was exchanged about the different types of roadmaps, the different functions a roadmap can have and finally the basic principles that lie beneath a good roadmapping process. The session was also peppered with real-life examples brought in by Joost Krebbekx of Berenschot. Several companies have started working with practical tips.
