HR Internship (MBO/HBO)

Are you looking for a challenging internship within HR and do you want to truly be a part of a dynamic organization? Then we are looking for you!

At Resato Hydrogen Technology, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a broad HR field. During your internship, you'll work in the HR department on multiple projects and be given significant responsibility. Starting in September, the focus will be on areas such as the performance and appraisal cycle within the organization and the implementation of new systems.

What are you going to do?

As an HR intern, you will support the department with various operational and administrative HR tasks, including:

• Assisting with the organization and processing of appraisal and evaluation interviews;
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes;
• Brainstorming on improving and optimizing HR processes;
• Support with various HR projects;
• Shadowing and conducting conversations together with HR colleagues.

No two days are the same, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to observe and participate in a professional HR environment.

Requirements

Who are you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic student who:

• An MBO or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) degree in HRM or a similar field;
• Looking for an internship (not a graduation internship);
• Practical and likes to get their hands dirty;
• Accurate and structured work;
• Enjoys working with many different people;
• Takes initiative and actively thinks about improvements.;
• Can switch between different tasks;
• Challenges are sought and a good ability to function in a dynamic environment.

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader when it comes to Hydrogen Filling Stations with its headquarters in Assen. With more than 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and we have become very good at it.

The focus is therefore on sustainability, safety and efficiency. Resato has now realized several hydrogen tank solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden. The stations are both fleet owner stations and public stations.
