About us

The H₂ Academy is part of Resato Hydrogen Technology and serves as the knowledge center for hydrogen. From the Academy, we develop, organize, and provide training courses and learning programs for both our own employees and for professionals and organizations within the hydrogen sector.

We connect businesses with leading knowledge and educational institutions, thereby contributing to the development and dissemination of hydrogen knowledge. Through practice-oriented courses, trainings, and knowledge programs, as well as targeted innovation programs and subsequent research, we support the growth of craftsmanship, innovation, and expertise within the sector.

Driven by a passion for development, innovation, and growth, our mission is clear: to bundle, develop, and share hydrogen knowledge to increase the inflow of qualified professionals and support the growth of the hydrogen labor market.

What are you going to do?

During this internship, you will fully participate in the Learning & Development team. You will assist in the organization of courses and training, and get a behind-the-scenes look at a fast-growing organization in the energy transition.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support in the planning, organization, and coordination of trainings, workshops, and courses, as well as internal and external training offerings and events.
• Maintain contact with trainers, participants, and external training partners.
• Processing and managing training data in our learning systems.
• Keeping the Skill platform and training administration up-to-date.
• Support with communication around training and learning activities.
• Help with collecting and analyzing participant evaluations and feedback.
• Brainstorming improvements to learning processes and learning experiences.
• Support with various HR and L&D projects.

Requirements

What are you bringing?

• You are following an HBO or Associate Degree program in Human Resource Management, Educational Sciences, Learning & Development in Organizations, or a similar field of study.
• You are looking for a third-year internship.
• You are accurate, organized, and strong in administration.
• You like to organize things and keep an overview.
• You are communicative and enjoy working collaboratively.
• You have an affinity for learning, development, and talent development.
• You are proactive, flexible, and dare to take initiative.
