News / Hilbrand Wijbenga and Roelof Jan Boer thanks for their years of dedication to the ICD

During the first ICD Working Group R&D Managers After the summer period, the Innovatiecluster Drachten paused to reflect on the special contribution of Hilbrand Wijbenga from Ventura Systems and Roelof Jan Boer from Resato Hydrogen Technology. Both have dedicated themselves for years with great energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to the ICD and the regional high-tech community.

Connection between high-tech, education and talent

Hilbrand and Roelof Jan have played an important role in various activities and projects of the past few years Innovation Cluster Drachten. Thus, they were involved in numerous job fairs, ICD Safaris, and R&D projects.

Also at the ICD Student Awards was Roelof Jan closely involved. In addition, Hilbrand recently made an important contribution to the MISTI program.

With their knowledge, experience, and broad network, they consistently sought to connect businesses, education, and talent development. In doing so, they have contributed to a strong regional innovation ecosystem centered around knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Characteristic ICD attitude

In addition to their visible contributions, their attitude and involvement behind the scenes were of great value. Hilbrand and Roelof Jan were true pillars of the ICD attitudeopen, involved, inspiring, and always willing to think along and help others further.

Precisely that positive and constructive attitude is important within a network like the ICD. By sharing knowledge and experience, companies, educational institutions, and talent can reinforce one another. Hilbrand and Roelof Jan have actively contributed to this for years.

Thanks for your efforts

On behalf of the entire ICD, and in particular the ICD Working Group R&D Managers, we want to sincerely thank Hilbrand and Roelof Jan for their years of dedication and the impact they have had on our organization and our network.

As a lasting reminder, both received an ICD hoodie. A small gesture of thanks for a major contribution to the ICD community.

We wish Hilbrand and Roelof Jan much success and fun in all that the future brings. From job to career in the region That applies here too. We will undoubtedly meet each other more often.
