On Monday, February 19, 2024, our Innovation Cluster proudly participated in the Delft Career Days, organized by Delft University of Technology. This day offered a unique opportunity for students to orient themselves to their future careers and for companies to meet talented candidates.
The day started early, with the stands being set up from 8:00 am. Our cluster was represented by some of our members: Resato Hydrogen Technology with Femma and Roelof Jan, XPAR Vision by Sjoerd and Antonella, and SRON with Brecht at the helm.
The exhibition floor opened at 10:00 am and the space quickly filled with enthusiastic students. Our representatives spoke to a large number of candidates throughout the day, ranging from students looking for internships and graduate assignments to graduates looking for first jobs. The feedback was unanimously positive: our participation in the fair was a great success, partly thanks to the excellent organization by the students of TU Delft.
The day ended on a positive note with the gathering of many valuable contacts who could potentially become future employees of our cluster.
The Delft Career Days have once again proven to be an essential event for both companies and students. Our participation has not only increased our visibility in the North among future professionals, but also given us the opportunity to engage directly with potential talent. We look forward to the next edition and the new possibilities it will bring.
