Who are we looking for?

This is your chance to come and work in our production facility in Drachten. For our Quality Assurance team we are looking for a passionate colleague who is able to ensure the safety and quality standards of our medical end products.

Quality is not only created by the quality department, but by all of us! Every day, with every decision. As part of our Quality Assurance team, you become an ambassador of the quality policy and are able to translate this into cross-functional collaboration.

The stimulating thing about this position is the combination of operational and hands-on work, as well as seeing problems as a challenge to improve every day.

As our future colleague:

  • Routinely perform inspections on incoming parts and sub-assemblies, based on 2D CAD drawings and additional product documentation.
  • Additionally, you carry out inspections on our medical end products to ensure high safety and quality standards.
  • Identifying, addressing and following up on non-conformities in a cross-functional context (purchasing, engineering, production).

In addition, our ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in working according to a regulated quality system.
  • Being able to switch quickly and keep an overview in a very dynamic production environment.
  • Being resourceful and independently able to take on challenges.
  • MBO-4 working and thinking level in a technical direction.
  • A Dutch and English speaking sparring partner.
  • Experience with SAP.
